i love my wife. 6 years ago we walked onto the nissan lot in sandy and i said she could pick any car she wanted. she wouldnt even look at the cars. it took some convincing to even get her into a pathfinder. she didnt want a truck, and the murano was too much like a car. she wanted an xterra. it had to be black on black. had to be supercharged. and she even had nissan put a pushbar and brushguard on. it had the rochford fosgate sound system with 8 speakers and a subwoofer. tow package. sport package with bigger wheels and lifted suspension. basicaly it had every option nissan had to offer. it fit bec perfectly. and i was happy knowing she would be safe, and protected on the road. and thursday january 15th 2009, it did its job and sacrificed itself to save becky. we will miss our beloved xterra.

for those of you who know us well enough to know who bud is, know just how much he meant to us and our families. he changed our lives, and will be forever missed. he shared his love for life, his love for travel, and his love for cars, with everyone who was lucky enough to know him. one of his favorite places on this earth was my favorite place-hawaii. everything is amazing in hawaii anyway, but when you were there with bud, every single thing was the best it could be. with bud, the sun shone brighter, the water looked blue'er, and even the food tasted better. you could see his love for life in his eyes, and feel it in the touch of his hand. this world has felt a great loss since his passing. he will always be in our thoughts and prayers. -we miss you budsky!

bec and i get to re-new our memories of bud, and of hawaii in a few weeks. we will be spending a week on our favorite island-maui. if i still love bec when we get back, i will post some pics and regail you with tales of our adventures.

oh, and i love my wife.....

i love my wife....i think thats bec....but im not really sure.....whoever that is, you can tell she plays "turning japanese" on expert...

i love my wife. i don't deserve her. but, until she figures that out, i will cherish every second of our marriage.

there is nothing i love more in this world than in-n-out burger. other than my wife..... and i really love my wife. this blog was started so i could "attempt" to explain to others, and even help myself, understand just how much i love her.

with uncertainty we draw closer to our departure date of may...something... its been far, far too long since we have been off the mainland. i can hardly wait to be in the land breathtaking sunsets and mi-ties. i love my wife because she loves hawaii almost as much as me...maybe more...no... no one loves hawaii as much as me.
